Multiple Locations

Manage multiple salon branches within one account — each with its own calendar, staff, and booking page.

Multiple Locations

Running more than one salon? Salonnare lets you manage all your locations from a single account. Each branch gets its own calendar, staff assignments, and booking page — while you keep a unified view of your entire business.

Adding a location

  1. Go to Settings and find Locations.
  2. Click Add location.
  3. Fill in the details:
    • Name — A label to identify the location (for example, "Main Street Studio" or "Branch North").
    • Address — Street and house number.
    • City — The city name.
    • Postcode — The postal code.
    • Phone — A phone number specific to this location.
    • Email — An email address specific to this location.
  4. Click Save.

Your new location is ready to use.

Assigning staff to locations

Each team member can work at one location or split their time across several.

  1. Go to Staff and click on a team member.
  2. Open the Locations tab.
  3. Check the locations where this person works.
  4. Save.

Staff members only appear in the calendar and booking page for the locations they're assigned to. If someone works at two locations, they'll show up in both.

If a staff member works at different locations on different days, set their schedule accordingly. For example, they could work at Location A on Monday-Wednesday and Location B on Thursday-Friday.

Viewing the calendar by location

In the Bookings section, you'll find a Location filter at the top of the calendar. Use it to:

  • View appointments for a specific location — See only the staff and bookings for that branch.
  • View all locations — A combined overview of your entire business.

This makes it easy to focus on one branch or get the big picture.

Online booking per location

When you have multiple locations, your online booking page adapts automatically. Clients first select which location they'd like to visit, then they see only the available services, staff, and time slots for that branch.

You can also share a location-specific booking link. Find this link in Settings > Online Bookings. This is useful if you want to direct clients straight to a particular location — for example, on a location's social media page.

Managing your locations

To edit a location, go to Settings > Locations and click on the one you want to change. Update the details and click Save.

Deactivating a location

If you close a branch or want to temporarily take it offline:

  • You can set a location to inactive. It will no longer appear on the booking page, but all historical data (past appointments, sales) is preserved.
Locations with past or future bookings cannot be fully deleted — this protects your records. Use the inactive option instead.

Tips for multi-location management

  • Give each location a clear name — "Downtown" is more helpful than "Location 2."
  • Assign staff carefully — Make sure everyone is assigned to the right branches.
  • Use location-specific booking links — Share the right link on each location's marketing materials.
  • Check the combined calendar regularly — It gives you a full overview of how busy each branch is.
