Managing Appointments
Create, edit, and move appointments with multiple services in one booking. Quickly manage your availability with quick actions in the calendar. Switch between day, week, and month views.
Appointment stays on Scheduled
The client has paid, but the appointment is still on Scheduled. Here is how Salonnare links the receipt to the appointment after the fact, and how you pick the right receipt yourself when there is any doubt.
Multiple treatments in one appointment
Combine up to ten treatments in a single appointment, optionally assign a staff member per treatment, and see the total duration and price automatically.
Recurring appointments
Set up recurring appointments for clients who come on a fixed schedule, and manage them from a single overview.
Using the waitlist
Add clients to the waitlist when no slots are available, and let them know when an opening comes up.
Online Bookings
Set up your online booking page so clients can book appointments themselves, anytime.
Holidays and closed days
Set which days your salon is closed -- public holidays and individual closed days. Clients can't book appointments online on those dates. Dutch statutory public holidays are added automatically.
