Choose the right plan for your salon, upgrade or downgrade, and manage your invoices.

Subscription & Billing

Salonnare offers three plans so you can pick the one that fits your salon best. You can start for free and upgrade whenever you are ready.

The Three Plans

Here is what each plan includes:

Free

  • 1 staff member
  • Up to 50 bookings per month
  • Register (POS) and online bookings
  • Basic reporting

Starter

  • Up to 3 staff members
  • Unlimited bookings
  • Everything in Free, plus gift cards and the loyalty programme
  • Standard reporting

Pro

  • Unlimited staff members
  • Unlimited bookings
  • Everything in Starter, plus email campaigns, full reporting, accounting export, and priority support
Not sure which plan you need? Start with Free. You can always upgrade later without losing any data.

Upgrading Your Plan

  1. Go to Settings in the sidebar.
  2. Open the Billing section.
  3. Click Upgrade plan.
  4. Choose the plan you want.
  5. You will be taken to a secure payment page to enter your payment details.
  6. After payment, your new plan is activated immediately.

That is it -- you instantly have access to all the features of your new plan.

Downgrading Your Plan

  1. Go to Settings > Billing.
  2. Click Change plan and choose a lower plan.
  3. Confirm the change.

The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Until then, you keep full access to your current plan's features.

If you downgrade to a plan with a lower staff limit (for example, from Pro to Free), the extra staff accounts will be locked. Their data is not deleted -- it will be accessible again if you upgrade.

Checking Your Current Usage

On the Settings > Billing page, you can see at a glance:

  • Current plan -- Which plan you are on.
  • Staff members -- How many you have versus the plan limit.
  • Bookings this month -- How many you have used versus the monthly limit (Free plan only).
  • Billing period -- The start and end date of your current period.
  • Next invoice -- The amount and date of your next charge.

Managing Payment Details and Invoices

  1. Go to Settings > Billing.
  2. Click Manage billing.
  3. This opens a secure portal where you can:
    • Update your credit card or payment method.
    • Download past invoices.
    • View your full billing history.
    • Cancel your subscription.

Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel at any time through the billing portal (see above). When you cancel:

  • Your account continues working until the end of the current billing period.
  • After that, it reverts to the Free plan.
  • No data is deleted. Everything is still there if you decide to upgrade again later.

VAT on Your Invoices

If your salon is VAT-registered, you can add your VAT number in the billing portal. Your invoices will then include your VAT number and, where applicable, VAT may not be charged (reverse charge mechanism).

Download your invoices from the billing portal at the end of each month. It makes things much easier when tax time comes around.
