Register with a discount code
On a flyer or at a trade fair you sometimes get a discount code. With such a code your salon gets Pro for free for a fixed number of months, for example 3. That period is fixed: you keep Pro until that date, whatever else changes.
You enter a code while registering. A salon that already exists can no longer use a code.
Entering the code

Step 1: Open the registration
Go to salonnare.com and start the registration. Fill in your details and those of your salon. Step 3, Plan, has the field Discount code (optional).
Did you get a link with the code in it (for example through a QR code)? Then the code is already filled in.

Step 2: Enter the code and click Check
Type the code as it appears on your flyer. Upper case, lower case, spaces and hyphens do not matter. Click Check. If the code is correct, you see in green how many months of Pro you get and until which date.

Step 3: Check the summary
Click Next. In step 4 you see the code and the date again in the summary. Accept the terms and click Create account.

The code is only used once your account has been created. If you stop halfway or go back, nothing has been used and you can still use the code later.
Until when do you have Pro for free?

Step 1: View your subscription
Go to Settings > Account > Subscription. At the top it says Pro free up to and including the date, with the code you used.

Two weeks before that date you get an email if your salon will no longer be on Pro afterwards. Read more about plans and payment in Subscription & billing.
Messages about a code

| This discount code does not exist | Check the code on your flyer. An O and a 0 look alike. |
| This discount code has expired | The code was valid until a date that has passed. |
| This discount code is no longer valid | The code has been switched off. |
| This discount code has run out | The code has been used as often as allowed. |
| Already used with this email address | This code has already been used once with this email address. |
| Already used by a salon with the same email domain | A salon with the same own email domain (for example @yoursalon.com) already used the code. This does not apply to gmail.com, hotmail.com and other free addresses. |
If you try a code very often in a row, you have to wait a moment before you can try again.
Frequently asked questions
Can I use a code if my salon already exists? No, a code only works when registering. Contact us if you think something went wrong.
Can I use two codes? No, a salon can use a discount code only once.
Do I have to enter payment details? No. You register without payment details, with or without a code.
