Branding (colours and logos)
The branding settings let you make Salonnare visually your own. You determine the colours and logos of your online booking page and your automatic emails, so everything your client sees matches your salon. You'll find it under Settings > Branding.

Booking page
The Booking page card determines what your online booking page looks like. Colour, background photo, font and tagline all sit together here, with a live preview below the fields.
- Primary colour - the accent colour for buttons and highlights. Choose a colour with the colour picker or type the hex code (for example
#ff4f00). - Background photo - a full-width mood photo at the top of your booking page. Automatically resized and compressed; you don't need to optimise anything yourself.
- Salon name font - choose from nine fonts (sans-serif, serif or handwritten) for the heading with your salon name.
- Tagline - a short line under your salon name, for example your slogan (maximum 280 characters).
Your salon name and tagline always sit in a card below the photo, never overlapping the photo itself, so the text stays readable no matter which photo you choose. Your Booking page logo (from the Logos card further down) appears rounded on the seam between photo and card.
Without a background photo, your booking page looks exactly the same as it does without these settings - the mood photo is entirely optional.
The widget (which you embed on your own website) never shows a background photo, there isn't enough room. The mood photo is reserved for your standalone booking page (the link you put in, for example, your Instagram bio or QR code).
Email colours
Under Email colours, you determine how your automatic emails look. These colours apply to all emails with brand styling (confirmations, reminders, receipts and more):
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Accent colour | The colour of bars and headings in your emails. |
| Button colour | The colour of buttons (calls to action such as "Pay deposit"). Leave this empty and the button automatically uses the accent colour. Use Reset to accent colour to restore it. |
| Email background colour | The background colour around the email. |
Each colour is saved as soon as you close the colour picker.
Logos
Under Logos, you upload logos that appear in different places:
- Booking page -- the logo at the top of your online booking page.
- Emails -- the logo at the top of your automatic emails.
If you leave one of these empty, Salonnare falls back on your general salon logo from Settings > General. Use Email logo height to set how large the logo appears in your emails (between 16 and 160 pixels).
Use a logo with a transparent background (PNG) for the cleanest result, especially if you choose a coloured email background.
White-label: hiding the badge
By default, a small "Powered by Salonnare" badge appears on your booking page and in your emails. Use the Hide "Powered by Salonnare" badge toggle to remove it, so everything appears entirely in your own branding.
Branding and white-label are part of the Pro plan (EUR 59 per month). On a lower plan, you'll see the options, but they're disabled with an upgrade hint. See Subscription & billing.
