Service Packages

Create and sell service bundles so clients can purchase multiple treatments at a special price.

Service Packages

Packages let you bundle multiple services together and offer them at a special price. Think bridal packages, treatment courses, or seasonal bundles. Your clients get a great deal, and you get committed repeat visits.

Creating a package

  1. Go to Services and click the Packages tab.
  2. Click New package.
  3. Fill in the details:
    • Name — What you'd like to call the package (for example, "Bridal Glow Package" or "10x Blow-Dry Card").
    • Description — Optional. A short description so clients know what's included.
    • Price — The total price for the package. This is usually less than buying each service individually.
    • Active — Turn off to hide the package without deleting it.
  4. Click Save.

Adding services to a package

Now tell Salonnare which services are included:

  1. Open the package you just created.
  2. Go to the Services tab.
  3. Click Add service.
  4. Select a service from the list and set the quantity (for example, 2 haircuts + 1 colour treatment).
  5. Click Add.
  6. Repeat for each service you want to include.

The package summary shows the total included value at regular prices, so you (and your client) can see the savings at a glance.

A "10x Blow-Dry Card" is a great entry-level package. Offer 10 blow-dries for the price of 8 — clients love the deal, and you get guaranteed visits.

Selling a package

Packages are sold through the cash register, just like any other service or product.

  1. Go to the POS (cash register).
  2. Select a client.
  3. Search for the package name, or browse under Packages.
  4. Add it to the order.
  5. Complete the payment as usual.

Once the sale is completed, the package is linked to the client's profile and the credits are ready to use.

Using package credits for appointments

When a client comes in for one of the services included in their package, you don't need to charge them again. Here's how it works:

  1. Create or open a booking for the client.
  2. In the service selection, you'll see a package badge next to services that are covered by their active package.
  3. Select the service — the credit is automatically deducted from the package.
  4. No payment needed at the register for that service.

It's that simple. The client's package balance updates automatically.

Want to see how many credits a client has left?

  1. Go to Clients and open their profile.
  2. Click the Packages tab.
  3. You'll see:
    • All packages they've purchased
    • Remaining credits for each service
    • The purchase date
    • The expiry date (if you've set one)
Make sure your team checks the Packages tab before checkout. If a client has credits remaining, you don't want to accidentally charge them for a covered service.

Editing or deactivating a package

To update a package:

  1. Go to Services > Packages.
  2. Click on the package.
  3. Make your changes and click Save.

To stop selling a package without deleting it, simply toggle Active off. Clients who already purchased the package can still use their remaining credits.

  • 10x Blow-Dry Card — Buy 10, pay for 8.
  • Bridal Package — Trial session + wedding day hair + makeup.
  • Monthly Maintenance — One cut + one color touch-up per month for 3 months.
  • Wellness Bundle — Facial + massage + manicure at a bundled price.
  • New Client Welcome — First haircut + free conditioning treatment.
