Referral Programme

Love using Salonnare? You can earn a free month by recommending it to other salon owners. Share your personal referral link - as soon as the salon that signs up through it pays its first invoice, you both get a free month.

How It Works

The referral process is straightforward:

1. You share your unique referral link with another salon owner.
2. They sign up for Salonnare using your link - free or straight onto a paid plan, it does not matter for the link.
3. As soon as that salon pays its first invoice, two rewards are created: one for you as the referrer, one for the new salon. Both get one free month.
4. The reward is applied automatically as a discount on the next invoice.

For the new salon this means: the first month is paid, the second month is free.

Finding Your Referral Link

1. Go to Settings in the sidebar.
2. Open the Referrals section (in the Account group).
3. The first time, click Generate referral link. After that you see your personal link under Your referral link, ready to share.
4. Click Copy and send the link however you like - WhatsApp, email, Instagram, or even a good old text message.

What Reward Do You Get?

Every successful referral earns you 1 free month on your own subscription - it does not matter which plan the new salon chooses.

• Already on a paid plan yourself (Starter or Pro)? Then the free month is applied automatically as a discount on your next invoice.
• On the free plan yourself? Then the reward simply stays pending. As soon as you upgrade to a paid plan, it gets applied then. You will not lose it.

Tracking Your Referrals

Go to Settings > Referrals to see the status of all your referrals.

At the top there are three counters: Referred (salons that signed up through your link), Earned (rewards granted) and Claimed (rewards already applied as a discount). Below that, the History shows per salon:

• Salon name - The name of the salon that used your link.
• Reward - Claimed or Pending.
• Sign-up date - When they registered.

Good to Know

• Your referral code is personal and only works for your account.
• The reward is only granted once the referred salon successfully pays its first invoice - signing up alone is not enough.
• There is no limit to the number of salons you can refer. The more you share, the more you earn.
